Please know that a multi-disciplinary team at SalusCare is working with the CDC and our health department to stay informed of the latest developments and continue to make vital changes to our policies, procedures and organizational processes as we receive guidance and information from the CDC, the Health Department and local Health Care Coalition.
SalusCare is encouraging telehealth for all new and existing patients for assessments, medication management, and therapy. If you are interested in scheduling a telehealth appointment or changing an existing appointment to telehealth, please call our Welcome Center at (239) 275-3222 and let them know you would like to utilize our telehealth services.
At this time, we are asking all patients and staff to contact their primary care provider and remain home if they are experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath. SalusCare will continue to provide updates via email, Facebook, our website, and other sources as new information is received and changes in service provision are made.
